CoESS is a representative organisation of private security employers. CoESS was founded in 1989 and represents 6000 companies from several major groups and a majority of SMEs. CoESS has active members in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway (associate member), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (associate member) and the United Kingdom. Each country is represented by a national private security employer association.
Aims
- To defend the interests of European member employers. To contribute to harmonising national legislation
- To implement economic, commercial, legal and social studies
- To collect and distribute information concerning these objectives
